The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has announced that all telecommunications providers in Malaysia will be subject to the Mandatory Standards for Quality of Service (MSQoS, beginning August 1, 2021.
This will include new minimum requirements, particularly for customer service, as well as the renewal of three existing MSQoS standards to improve telecommunication network service quality.
