The Government of Thailand has approved a 35 km M9 motorway project connecting Bangkok’s Bang Khunthian and Nonthaburi’s Bang Bua Thong district. With an investment of THB47.5 billion through a PPP model, the motorway will reduce congestion, enhance logistics, and support regional growth.
The project, using the PPP Net Cost format, allows private partners to manage construction and toll collection for 30 years. Set to open in 2029, the six-lane motorway will include automated toll systems and multiple access points.
