Under the Philippines’ Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), 15 jeepneys have been deployed on the Novaliches-Balintawak-Blumentritt route. The Novaliches-Balintawak-Blumentritt Transport Service Cooperative (NBBTSC) is the operator of the air-conditioned jeepneys that will be stationed near the Novaliches Proper Barangay Hall.
Each vehicle has a seating capacity of 26 people. Passengers will be charged a minimum ticket amount of PHP11, with a maximum fare of PHP29 for the 13 km straight ride from Novaliches to Blumentritt and vice versa.
