Moti Uttam has been appointed as the new Country Manager of NetApp Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Moti will lead NetApp’s operations in Malaysia, focusing on expanding customer and partner engagement, driving business growth, and advancing adoption of data management and AI solutions. Commenting on his appointment, he highlighted the country’s push towards an AI-driven economy and emphasised the central role of data in enabling this transition.
He brings over 25 years of experience, having held leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara and Dell EMC, and previously served as Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Tao Bin Malaysia. NetApp’s ASEAN leadership noted that his market expertise and experience will strengthen the company’s ability to support organisations in building robust data foundations and unlocking innovation.
