MYAirline has secured a conditional air service licence (ASL) from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) for operations in the country. The ASL is valid for a period of 12 months, starting from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. MYAirline will operate two leased Airbus A320s.
Key shareholders of the airline operator include Zillion Wealth Sdn Bhd with a majority holding of 88 per cent in the company, Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd holding a 10 per cent interest and Rayner Teo Kheng Hock holding the remaining 2 per cent stake in MYAirline.
