The Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) is planning to acquire a greater share in Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited, a Philippines-based toll road operator. MPIC currently holds 29.45 per cent stake in the toll road company and is planning to take it to about 50 per cent. The company expects to begin negotiations for acquiring additional stake by the first half of 2015.
