A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been signed between TES and Strides Mobility to repurpose end-of-life lithium-ion batteries as well as expand electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in Singapore. The partners will also develop energy storage initiatives.
Under the terms of the agreement, TES will provide battery life cycle assessment as well as oversee the safe handling and recycling of EV batteries. TES will also provide its 2nd Life Energy Storage System (ESS) technology to help expand Stride Mobility’s charging infrastructure.
TES and Strides Mobility will also support the reverse supply chain and future innovations in Singapore’s EV space.
