KN Energies and Vietnam-based INDEL Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Indel Petro) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Vietnam to establish a framework for cooperation on energy and infrastructure projects in the country. The agreement does not specify a contract value, project scope or implementation timeline.
The partnership will combine KN Energies’ experience in liquefied natural gas (LNG) and energy infrastructure with Indel Petro’s activities in the petroleum, energy, logistics and infrastructure sectors. The companies will cooperate on potential energy infrastructure developments in Vietnam.
KN Energies has operated LNG infrastructure since 2014 and has experience in LNG terminal development, commercial and technical advisory services, and floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU)-related activities across Europe, South America and Asia. Through the MoU, the company will provide international experience and technical expertise to support the development of future energy infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
