Menas Vietnam Company Limited has signed a strategic partnership with Singapore-based Keppel Limited to jointly develop integrated utility ecosystems within Keppel’s property projects in Vietnam. The collaboration will begin with the Celesta City development in Saigon South, a 6.2-hectare mixed-use urban area located 4 km from central Ho Chi Minh City.
Under the agreement, Menas will provide amenities such as premium supermarkets, retail, F&B, and educational entertainment facilities across the five-zone project, which includes both high-rise and low-rise residential areas. Both firms aim to co-create modern lifestyle environments aligned with sustainable community development goals.
