Malakoff Radiance Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Bhd, has partnered with New Energy Asia Sdn Bhd to develop electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Malaysia. The collaboration focuses on integrating EV charging stations with solar power solutions to support the country’s clean mobility goals.
New Energy Asia, a joint venture between Hicom Engineering and China’s Hangzhou Flash Charge, will work with Malakoff Radiance to combine technical expertise and tap business opportunities throughout ASEAN. This move builds on Malakoff’s renewable energy portfolio, including a recent 4.22 MWp solar PPA with Hicom Automotive in Pekan, which follows a successful 2.0 MWp installation that cut grid use and carbon emissions.
