The Department of Transportation of the Philippines (DoTr) has awarded the remaining three contracts, with a combined value of PHP52 billion, for works on the North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project.

The first contract S03A, worth PHP22.14 billion, was awarded to a joint venture of First Balfour and Leighton Contractors Asia. The scope of the contract includes construction of a 7.9-km-long elevated-cum-surface section, including surface stations at EDSA and Senate Mesa, and an elevated station at Buendia.

The remaining two contracts was awarded to a joint venture (JC) comprising PT Adhi Karya and PT PP. The scope of the work includes construction of 5.8-km at-grade and viaduct railway track structure including elevated stations at Bicutan and Sucat.
