Korea Gas (Kogas) and Indonesia’s Perusahaan Daerah Pertambangan dan Energi (PDPDE) have signed an MoU for the construction of two gas pipelines for $600 million. As per the MoU, Kogas will build, own and operate the 363 km long gas pipelines. The first pipeline will be 245 km long and will be located in South Sumatra, while the second is planned to be constructed in Bali, measuring 118 km. Before proceeding with the project, a feasibility study will be carried out by Kogas.
