Tower Transit Singapore, a subsidiary of Kelsian Group Limited, has secured two-year extensions for its existing PT217 contracts with Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA). These extensions pertain to the Bulim and Sembawang-Yishun bus packages, encompassing a total of 59 bus services. The Bulim package involves operating 33 services, maintaining 368 buses, and managing the Bulim Bus Depot along with four interchanges. The Sembawang-Yishun package covers 26 services, 426 buses, the Mandai Bus Depot, two interchanges, and one terminal. All assets for these contracts are owned and provided by the LTA.
The Bulim contract extension will run from May 29, 2026, to May 28, 2028, while the Sembawang-Yishun extension spans from September 5, 2026, to September 4, 2028. In FY2024, these contracts generated a combined annual revenue of USD132.65 million. There are no significant changes to the existing contract terms, and no additional capital investment is anticipated for the extended periods.
