The Indochina Telecom Company has launched Vietnam’s first mobile virtual network operator, Itelecom. In its early phase, Itelcom will be introduced to workers at industrial zones in nine provinces – Ha Noi, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An and Dong Nai.
