Indika Energy has signed an agreement with Hyundai Motor Company to distribute electric buses (e-buses) in Indonesia. The buses will be marketed in the country under the brand INVI. The Elec City e-buses will be available in lengths of 12 metres and 8 metres by 2024. The buses can travel 420 km on a single recharge. A single charge takes 68 minutes.
Further, INVI has planned to develop charging stations for commercial electric vehicles (EVs) in collaboration with Daeyoung Chaevi Company Limited.
