Hydrexia Borneo Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited, and ICE SEDCE Hydrogen Sdn Bhd (ISHSB) have signed a head of agreement (HOA) to form a joint venture (JV) focused on developing, operating, and maintaining hydrogen refuelling stations (HRS) and hydrogen storage solutions in Malaysia.
This JV aims to support the Rembus depot of the Automated Rapid Transit System, the first phase of the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) project. The collaboration will be executed in phases.
