Huawei Technologies and Cambodia-based telecommunications company EMAXX have entered into an agreement in Phnom Penh to build a 4G wireless network in the country. The network will cater to eight cities in the country and will be operational by end-2014. Upon completion, it will cater to over half of the country’s population.
