South Korea-based Heerim Architects & Planners have been selected as the project management consultant (PMC) for the Phnom Penh New Airport project in Cambodia. The USD10.9 million contract was awarded by the Cambodia Airports Investment Company (CAIC). Scope of work includes construction supervision, project cost management, schedule management, quality management, design management and safety management for the ongoing construction.
Work on the Phnom Penh New Airport is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
