Globe Telecom won the Mobile Data Service Provider of the Year (Philippines) and the Telecom Service Provider of the Year (Philippines) awards at the prestigious Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards. It is the largest mobile network operator in the Philippines and one of the largest fixed line and broadband networks. As of end September 2019, Globe’s total mobile subscriber base stood at 97.4 million.
The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards honour best-in-class companies that have demonstrated excellence in their respective industries. Their intent is to help drive innovation, excellence and a positive change in the global economy by recognising best-in-class products, companies and individuals. The winners of the awards are evaluated on a variety of actual performance indicators which include revenues, market share, capabilities, and overall contribution to the industry.
