Global-Estate Resorts Incorporation (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld, has earmarked PHP5 billion over five years for the development of a new 116-hectare beachside township—Nascala Coast—in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines. The project will feature a mix of residential villages, beachside condominiums, commercial hubs, and leisure areas, taking advantage of panoramic views of Nasugbu Bay and surrounding mountain ranges. This marks GERI’s 36th township and is part of the firm’s broader expansion strategy, which includes other projects in Cagayan de Oro, Caliraya, Boracay, and Alabang West.
Nascala Coast is envisioned as a sustainable tourism and lifestyle estate located 2.5 hours from Metro Manila and an hour from Tagaytay. Designed for accessibility via SLEX, CAVITEX, and the Ternate-Nasugbu Highway, the township aims to become a premier leisure destination. It will cater to both residents and tourists, offering scenic nature trails, beachfront relaxation, and investment opportunities in one integrated coastal community.
