The board of directors of Greatship (India) Limited (GIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited, has approved acquiring full ownership of its Singapore subsidiary, Greatship Global Energy Services Limited (GGESL). GIL currently owns a partial stake in GGESL, with the rest being held by Greatship Global Holdings Limited, Mauritius, a wholly owned subsidiary of GIL. The proposed acquisition will be subject to requisite statutory approvals.
