Hydrogène de France (HDF) has signed three Memoranda of Cooperation (MOCs) to develop Renewstable hydrogen power plant projects in Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Sur, and Zamboanga City in the Philippines.
These plants will generate firm power from renewable sources like wind and solar, converting them into green hydrogen using HDF’s HyPower technology. This initiative aims to produce electricity on demand from decarbonised hydrogen. The scope of the agreements involves information-sharing, stakeholder coordination, and technical validation of grid assessments and feasibility studies.
