Fabian Bigar has been appointed as the CEO of MyDigital, the agency entrusted with turning the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MyDigital) into a reality. The department hasn’t been given an official name yet and is currently known as MyDigital’s SCMO (Strategic Change Management Office). Bigar was chosen from a shortlist of four candidates submitted to the Ministry of Finance and then to the Prime Minister. Prior to this, he was employed as an undersecretary in the Malaysian Ministry of Health’s Policy and International Relations Division.
