Electricity of Vietnam’s (EVN) subsidiary, Central Power Corporation, has called two international tenders for the supply of materials and equipment for 110 kV substations under the World Bank-funded Distribution Efficiency Project. The first tender that is for the supply of materials and equipment for the 110 kV Ba Ðon substation and the 110 kV Tuy Hoa substation is divided into four packages:
- Package I: supply of power transformers;
- Package II: supply of switchgear equipment and accessories;
- Package III: supply of conductors, underground cables, and accessories; and
- Package IV: supply of control panels, marshalling cubicles, relays, and multimeters.
Interested contractors have up till September 10, 2013 to submit their bids. The second tender is for the supply of transformers and other equipment for upgrading the capacity of the 110 kV Hôi substation. The contract is divided into two packages: supply of power transformers and supply of substation equipment and materials. The last date for the submission of bids is September 11, 2013.
