Envision Energy Singapore, a subsidiary of China-based Envision Energy, has announced plans to launch construction of the 300 MW Envision Nam Po wind farm in Dien Bien, Vietnam, by June 2025.

The project will span across 105 hectares and is being developed at an investment of USD420 million. Further, it aims to operate 60 turbines and link to the 500 kV Lai Chau station via a 220 kV line, targeting annual generation of 900 million kWh. Local officials are supporting project approvals, though capacity limitations under national energy planning are under review. The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
