EdgePoint Infrastructure has announced plans to expand its operations by adding at least 5,000 towers in the next two to three years across Southeast Asia. The Singapore-based company aims to strengthen its presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, while also entering new markets such as Thailand and Vietnam.
This expansion is driven by the growing demand for 5G services and data consumption in the region. EdgePoint currently operates over 15,600 towers across its existing markets. The company’s investors, including Adia, DigitalBridge, and the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation, are supporting its growth initiatives.
