Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) and Cybersecurity Malaysia (CSM) have signed a collaboration agreement to enhance the cybersecurity of Malaysia’s 5G network. The partnership aims to develop comprehensive 5G security guidelines.
The collaboration will also establish a National 5G Cybersecurity Testing Centre. This centre will play a crucial role in identifying potential vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with international security standards, and validating the security measures in place. Additionally, the partnership includes the exchange of threat intelligence between DNB and CSM, which is expected to enhance Malaysia’s capacity to combat cyber threats effectively.
