The Land Transport Authority (LTA) and SMRT have completed the installation of a new Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) for Singapore’s Circle Line (CCL), following the opening of Stage 6 in the first half of 2026. The ISCS, which monitors and manages power supply, communications, and station facilities, was upgraded to align with the systems being implemented for Circle Line Stage 6 (CCL6).
LTA and SMRT are now entering the next phase of works, carrying out systems integration testing across the entire CCL to ensure reliable operations once CCL6 is completed. To accommodate these extended engineering hours, train services on the Circle Line will be adjusted from September 5 to December 28, 2025.
