China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and Malaysia Rail Link (MRL) have formed a joint venture to oversee the operation and maintenance of Malaysia’s East Coast Rail Link (ECRL). The agreement aims to improve the rail network’s efficiency and technical expertise. The ECRL will connect the East Coast to the Klang Valley, boosting mobility and economic growth in the region.
