Sigve Brekke has been appointed as the new Executive Chairman of the Telecom and Digital Business Group of Charoen Pokphand Group (C.P. Group). Before his current appointment, Brekke was the President and CEO of Telenor Group. He will oversee C.P. Group’s telecom, technology, and digital operations across Southeast Asia. His leadership aims to enhance the group’s digital and telecommunications capabilities, positioning Thailand as a regional digital hub. His appointment aligns with the group’s strategy to invest in telecom infrastructure and digital innovation, supporting Thailand’s transition into a leading digital economy.
