Philippines-based Broadband Everywhere (BE) has secured a 20 MHz block of nationwide spectrum in the 3.5 GHz band and an additional block of 5 MHz in the 450 MHz band from the National Telecommunications Commission, which will significantly increase its capacity. BE’s existing 4G network can support both frequency bands.
