BCPG Public Company Limited has signed a share sale and purchase agreement (SSPA) with Green Tech Venture Public Company Limited (GTV) to acquire a 100 per cent equity stake in BS Solar Energy Company Limited and Parabolic Solar Power Company Limited. In addition, it will also acquire multiple solar power plants across the country with a combined capacity of 12.95 MW.
The solar power plants are located in Udon Thani, Phetchabun, Nakhon Sri Thammarat, and Songkhla. The company aims to earn revenue from these solar plants by Q1 2024.
