Aesen and Topline Group have established Aesen Topline Offshore Corp., a joint venture that will provide offshore logistics, maritime support and project management services for offshore energy, marine construction and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. The new company combines Aesen’s offshore maritime logistics and multi-vessel project execution capabilities with Topline Group’s local operational presence, regulatory expertise and business network.
The joint venture will deliver integrated maritime solutions for offshore energy developments, offshore wind projects, marine civil construction and critical maritime infrastructure. The partners expect increasing investments in offshore energy, port infrastructure and coastal developments to drive demand for specialised marine support services, with the company focusing on safe, reliable and efficient offshore logistics, regulatory compliance and end-to-end project support throughout the project lifecycle.
