Aboitiz Renewables Incorporation (ARI), a subsidiary of Aboitiz Power Corporation has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Vena Energy and Vivant Energy Corporation to develop a 206 MW wind power project in the Visayas, Philippines.
As per the deal, the three partners will jointly develop, construct, and operate the wind farm. The construction works will commence in Q4 2023 and the commercial operations are expected to commence in Q1 2025.
