ABA Bank has received the “Best Bank in Cambodia 2016” award from the international financial publication, Euromoney.
The bank has introduced new digital banking solutions, launched the first full-scale mobile app in the country, and significantly invested in its branch network expansion during the last one year. The net profit more than doubled in 2015, while its asset base grew by 60 per cent. Further, its return on equity, at 19.2 per cent, is among the highest in Asia. In the past, ABA Bank has received Euromoney’s “Best Bank in Cambodia” award in 2015 and 2014, and was named “Bank of the Year 2014” by The Banker, a financial publication. ABA also won the “Best Bank in Cambodia” award from Global Finance magazine in 2015 and 2016.
