Globe Telecom has been selected as the Philippines partner to manage the Philippine segment of the 19,000-km MYUS Cable System, a key submarine cable linking Malaysia to the U.S. with landing points in Southeast Asia, Guam, and Oregon.

This USD720 million project by Hexa Capital Consultancy aims to enhance connectivity across Asia-Pacific, improving data speeds and capacity for hyperscalers and government clients. Globe’s experience in regional subsea projects, including the Philippine Domestic Submarine Cable Network (PDSCN), influenced its selection for the Philippine landing station in Davao.
