LongNeng Power has initiated its first Energy Management Contract (EMC) project in the Philippines, focusing on advancing the country’s renewable energy (RE) sector. The project, managed by Mobisolar, involves the deployment of a 1.82 MWp photovoltaic (PV) system, projected to generate around 2.73 million kWh of electricity annually.
The launch aligns with the Government of the Philippines’ emphasis on the critical role of RE projects. The project is a collaboration among stakeholders, including local government units (LGUs), RE developers, and industry leaders, to support and drive the growth of solar energy initiatives across the nation.
