MSpectrum Incorporation, a subsidiary of the Manila Electric Company (Meralco), has energised a 726 kWp solar rooftop facility for Citizen Finedevice Philippines Corporation.
The new installation at Citizen Finedevice’s manufacturing facility in Sto. Tomas is expected to generate around 1.055 GWh of clean energy annually, reducing the company’s carbon footprint by an estimated 751 metric tons annually. This reduction is comparable to planting over 34,500 trees and eliminating over 1.8 million km of vehicle travel.
