Japan-based Yusen Logistics Company Limited has launched a new rail freight service connecting Hanoi to Europe, utilising freight trains between China and Vietnam. This development enhances cross-border transport services between ASEAN countries and Europe.
The service involves transporting goods from Hanoi to Chongqing, China, via China-Vietnam trains, then transferring them to the China-Europe railway express for delivery throughout Europe. Yusen Logistics will offer services, including cargo collection, container transport, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery, along with real-time shipment updates.
