Marat Zapparov has been appointed CEO of the newly established sustainable infrastructure debt financing business by Singapore’s Temasek and HSBC. Zapparov, who has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure, energy and real assets financing, will oversee Pentagreen Capital, a company created to target investment possibilities in clean transportation, renewable energy and energy storage, as well as water and waste management. Prior to joining HSBC, Zapparov worked for the International Finance Corporation, Clifford Capital, and HSBC.
