The construction work on the My Thuan 2 Bridge, linking the southern provinces of TienGiang and Vinh Long, has begun. The bridge is 6.6 km long and will be located 350 metres from the existing My Thuan Bridge. The project is expected to be completed by 2023. It is the third and the final state-funded section of the North-South Expressway to commence construction. The Ministry of Transport is selecting investors for the remaining eight private funded sections of the expressway.
