Wood has been awarded the front-end engineering design (FEED) contract for Singapore’s second LNG terminal by Singapore LNG Corporation (SLNG). The expansion, located at Jurong Port, will include Singapore’s first permanently deployed floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU), adding around five million tons of annual capacity. This project aims to meet rising energy demands and boost Singapore’s energy security.
The project reinforces Wood’s role in Asia’s energy sector, aligning with Singapore’s low-carbon initiatives and expanding LNG capabilities.
