AG&P LNG, a subsidiary of Nebula Energy, in partnership with Hai Linh Company Limited, has started the commissioning of the Cai Mep LNG in Vietnam. The country’s second LNG terminal is scheduled to commence commercial operations in September 2024. The terminal, located in Ba Ria Vung Tau province, will be able to import 3 million metric tons of LNG annually.
The companies will issue a tender in June 2024 for a commissioning cargo for the terminal.
Moreover, AG&P LNG will supply gas to the Hiep Phuoc power plant which is scheduled to commence operations between September and October 2025.
