Vietnam’s four banks to fund $252 million port project

Four Vietnamese banks, Vietcombank, VietinBank, BIDV and Agribank, have signed a $252 million contract with EVN to fund its port project. The port will be based in the southern province of Tra Vinh and will handle coal and oil cargo that is supplied to EVN’s factories in the province.
