The Northern Vietnam Power Project Management Board (NPPMB), a unit of the state-run Electricity of Vietnam [EVN] Group, has issued three tenders for the supply of high voltage transformers and equipment under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded Northern Power Transmission Sector Expansion project. The first tender involves the supply of 220 kV transformers, while the second and third tenders deal with the supply of 500 kV transformers and primary equipment and 220 kV primary and secondary equipment, respectively. The bids for all three tenders can be submitted till June 19, 2013.
