Vietnam and the United States-based firms have signed multiple commercial agreements worth USD4.15 billion, mainly in energy and aviation, to address the trade imbalance between the two nations. The deals focus on LNG supply, biofuel trade, and sustainable aviation fuel.

Key agreements include PVGas partnering with ConocoPhillips and Excelerate Energy on LNG trade, while Petrolimex secured deals with US ethanol suppliers. PVPower and GE Vernova agreed on gas-fired power plant equipment procurement, and Binh Son Refining engaged KBR for a sustainable fuel study. These deals strengthen Vietnam-US trade ties, with over 100 Vietnam-based firms eyeing US investments.
