UISEE has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ComfortDelGro Bus to collaborate on the technical validation and commercial deployment of autonomous buses in Singapore. The partnership will cover pilot projects, fleet system integration, regulatory coordination and ecosystem development. No contract value or implementation period was disclosed.

The collaboration includes six areas, including the deployment of autonomous shuttle services, collection of operational data through pilot projects and validation of technical and commercial feasibility. The companies will also work to integrate autonomous vehicles with existing fleet management and remote operations systems. UISEE and ComfortDelGro Bus will engage with Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) on regulatory requirements and share operational data within applicable regulatory frameworks to support system optimisation.

ComfortDelGro Bus is part of ComfortDelGro Group and operates in Singapore, Australia and the UK, with a fleet of more than 8,000 vehicles. UISEE provides Level 4 autonomous driving solutions and established an overseas business expansion centre in Singapore in 2024. The company began operating a fully driverless fleet at Changi Airport in January 2026. The latest partnership is intended to build on these deployments and establish a pathway from autonomous bus testing to wider commercial operations, with the two companies targeting a replicable operating model.
