U Mobile Sendirian Berhad, Malayasia’s mobile telecommunications service provider, won all four awards for the telecommunications category at the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards ceremony 2019. The awards won by the operator include Malaysia Mobile Service Provider of the Year and Malaysia Excellence Awards in Customer Experience Overall Experience, Online Experience and Mobile Experience.
In the last few months, U Mobile has been actively promoting its newly upgraded network promising better 4G coverage and improved performance. The operator has rolled out over 2,000 new LTE sites in the past year. The company’s upgraded network has been built for unlimited data. The additional sites expand its 4G coverage to cover 90 per cent of West Malaysia’s population.
