Singapore-based Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Private Limited, Thailand-based Impact Electrons Siam Company Limited (IES) and China-based Envision Group have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop a 1 GW wind farm in Laos. The three companies will also provide energy storage and intermittency management solutions in the region.
