State telecommunication operator Telekomunikasi Indonesia completed the sale of its subsidiary, Indonusa Telemedia (TelkomVision), to Trans Corpora, a subsidiary of CT Corpora. The sale of the 80 per cent stake of TelkomVision was valued at Rp 926.5 billion. TelkomVision is a subscription-based direct broadcast satellite operator established in 1997. As of September 2013, the total value of TelkomVision’s assets plummeted to Rp 687 billion, as compared to Rp 771 billion reported in September 2012.
